Personally like to use just a little bit of Piedmont/Lexington style finishing sauce. Theres a lot of shit talking in the comments about what is real ENC sauce for pulled pork. I am from Georgia, and trust me, we have good sauces there as well. They just didn't tell you about it.For my finishing Piedmont sauce I don't use any ketchup - I prefer tomato paste a little roasted garlic.I don't use anything with high fructose corn syrup which most ketchup includes.
